Don’t get me wrong. The smell of fresh bread makes me go ga ga. It fills my nose and warms my heart and my mouth is already watering. Someday I would love to make fresh bread everyday for my family, but really, I don’t have time for that right now. So I thought…. today I came across a website that seriously caused me to reconsider. The recipe boasts it takes 5 minutes, no kneading AND I can keep the dough in the refridgerator. Maybe I can find 5 minutes every 2 weeks. Maybe. But really, check out this website. It looks like this artisan bread (that is like 5 bucks a loaf in the store) requires yeast, flour, water and salt and can be used for rolls, loaves, pizza, calzones, whatever you would like.
