After hearing rave reviews and pins about Kale Chips I thought I should try them out. They were crispy and yummy, a little bitter, but nothing too noticeable. I will definitely keep them in mind and make again!

1 bag or bunch of kale trimmed and chopped (I used Trader Joe’s Bag of Kale so it was already done)

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Drizzle olive oil over kale and sprinkle with salt and pepper in a bowl. spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, until crispy.
