One of our favorite summer places to eat is Tomatina. Without fail we end up getting bruschetta, and a piadine. YUM. this italian, salad, taco deliciousness goes best with their sangria and great conversation. With the 2 little ones, we don’t get their often and that is probably for the best. Tonight I ventured into the land of making piadine’s myself and am anxious to see how they are! Pictures to be added soon.

Recipe:

Italian Flatbread

Hearts of Romaine

Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Oven Roasted Tomatoes

Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Hand Shredded Chicken

Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella

Chop the Romaine and add the dressing, and Parm. Top the bread with the salad and add chicken, mozarella and tomatoes. Fold and Cut! Buon appetito

I have heard that William Sonoma has an excellent sangria mix which would be great with this!
